No card, no texts written by you, no photos - you don't need anything prepared. The rest of the questions and the materials come later, after you've seen the website - and only then is there a cost.

What's yours and what's an example

Only your name and the details you gave us appear on the website. The rest are examples - they're replaced with yours after the deposit and after you upload your materials.

Five steps. None of them commits you to the next. The whole process, in detail: How it works.

  1. You make it yours

    If you like what you see, you pay a refundable €15 deposit (plus VAT) for processing the content you're about to upload. It comes off the final price if you go ahead, and if you change your mind, you can ask for it back within the next 14 days - as long as you haven't bought the website. When we refund it, we delete what we processed for you, and if you come back, we start over.

  2. You answer questions and send us what you have

    What you do, what it costs, when you're open, your company details - things you know by heart. You don't write the texts - we write them, from your answers. You upload what you have at hand, and you have 45 days to do it - come back whenever you like and we pick up where you left off. This is also where you choose the add-ons, if you want them - bookings, card payments, reviews - each with its purpose explained before you see its price (see all add-ons).

  3. You see it with your own texts and ask for changes

    Within a few hours of us receiving your materials, you see the website with your own texts. You tell us in your own words what you want changed, and we redo it - two rounds of changes are included, before you pay. If you need another one, you add it for €29 + VAT.

    You can also get the extra round after the website is online, from your admin panel.

  4. Where the website lives: with you or with us

    Already have hosting and a domain? You give us access and we install it there - you keep paying whoever you paid before. Don't have them, or don't want to deal with it? Hosting with us comes with maintenance included, €24/month: we do the updates, small fixes are included, the website is checked every 5 minutes, day and night, and you have someone to ask. And with the subscription paid for at least 3 months from delivery, the domain is free - and in your name from day one.

    The domain stays yours in every option - if you leave, you take the website and move it wherever you want. Stopping before the 3 months are up? The domain is still yours; you only pay what its registration cost.

  5. Payment and going live

    €649, one-time payment - minus the deposit you've already paid. You pay by card, at the end, once you've seen the website with your own texts and said it's good. We do the installation - there's nothing technical for you to do. Live on your domain, usually the same day you approve it; a new domain can take up to 48 hours to propagate - the only part that doesn't depend on us.

    At checkout you check the terms and the data processing agreement separately - two distinct checkboxes, not one.

When do I pay for the first time?
At step 1 above - the refundable €15 deposit (plus VAT), once, and only if you want the website with your own texts. Seeing it with your name on it costs nothing, and we don't ask for your card.
Will someone call me to sell me something?
No. We email you the link. If you want to talk to a person, you write to us - the details are on the Contact page.
What if I change my mind?
You stop where you are. Until the deposit, you haven't paid anything. And if you've paid the €15 deposit and change your mind, you can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website - once you pay for the website, the deposit has already come off the price. Once it's refunded, we delete what we processed for you; if you come back, we start over, with a new deposit.
How much time do I have?
The website with your name on it stays up for 30 days; after that, we delete it. If you've paid the deposit, you have 45 days to send us your answers and materials; from the day you see the proposed website, the clock starts again: 45 days to decide, during which the proposal waits for you and the deposit comes off the price. If the deadline passes without a purchase, the proposal is deleted and the deposit is used up; if you come back, you need a new deposit - but it goes faster, because we keep your answers and materials for 12 months. Before any of these deadlines runs out, we email you - we don't let you find out afterward.
