You pick an example from your line of work and see it right away with your business name on it. Below is the whole path, step by step - what you answer, what you pay and when, how your website goes live.

From an example to your own website

  1. You pick an example

    From your line of work: plumber, clinic, guesthouse, workshop. You see it right away with your business name and details on it - every page, the menu, the forms, just as one of your clients would open them. The texts are examples we wrote for businesses like yours, until we get yours. No payment, no card, and nothing you need to have ready.

    The website with your name on it stays up for 30 days. After that, we delete it - and we email you beforehand; we don't let you find out afterward.

  2. You answer questions and upload what you have

    What you do, what it costs, when you're open, how people find you - things you know by heart. Plus whatever materials you have at hand, in any form: your Google Business Profile, your list of services, text copied from wherever your business is listed, documents, images. We write the texts, from what you give us. This is also where you choose the add-ons, if you need them - each with its purpose explained before you see its price. See all add-ons.

    This is where the €15 + VAT deposit comes in, once, for processing your materials. It comes off the final price if you go ahead; if you change your mind, you can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website. You have 45 days to send us your materials - it doesn't have to be today; come back whenever you like and we pick up where you left off.

  3. You change what you don't like

    You see the website with your own texts within a few hours of us receiving your materials. You can switch the design template and ask for changes: two rounds are included, before you pay. You tell us in your own words what you want different - you don't edit anything yourself.

  4. We deliver it ready and installed

    You pay €649, a one-time payment, minus the deposit you've already paid. We do the installation: there's nothing technical for you to do - no files to upload, nothing to configure. Live on your domain, usually the same day you approve it.

    If the domain is new, it can take up to 48 hours to propagate - the only part that doesn't depend on us.

What you pay, and when

There are two payments, at two different moments, and neither comes before you've seen something.

  • Step 1 - nothing. You pick the example, see it with your business name on it, open it on your phone. We don't ask for your card.
  • Step 2 - the €15 + VAT deposit, once. It pays for processing your materials, which is real work on our side. It comes off the final price if you go ahead; if you change your mind, you can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website.
  • Step 4 - the rest of the €649, a one-time payment, by card. Only after you've seen the website with your own texts and said it's good.
  • Monthly - only if you choose to. Hosting with us and the add-ons are separate and optional. The website is yours without any subscription.

A choice, before you pay

Where the website lives: with you or with us

The website is yours either way. The difference is who runs the server and who looks after maintenance - and we don't push you toward our option.

You already have hosting and a domain

  • You give us access to the server and we install it there
  • The website lives where the rest of your things live
  • You keep paying whoever you paid before
  • Maintenance stays optional, €19/month - you take it only if you want it

You don't have them, or don't want to deal with it

  • We take care of both the hosting and the domain
  • Maintenance is €19/month; with hosting by us included, €24/month - we do the updates, small fixes are included, and the website is checked every 5 minutes, day and night
  • With the subscription paid for at least 3 months, the domain is free - and in your name from day one
  • Stopping earlier? You only pay what the domain registration cost

The domain stays yours in every option. If you leave us, you take the website and move it wherever you want.

What you give us

What we need from you

To see your website you need four things: what kind of business you have, its name, the city, and an email address. The list below is what we need to build it with your own content - that is, from step 2 onward. Don't prepare it in advance; we'll ask for it when we get there, and you can give it to us bit by bit.

  • What kind of business you have and what you do, in short.
  • The name and the city - plus the address, if clients come to you.
  • What you sell or what services you offer. With prices, if you want them shown - fixed, "from", or "on request". If you'd rather not have prices on the website, we leave them out.
  • Your opening hours, the real ones.
  • Phone and email.
  • Your company details - the legal name and CUI (your Romanian company tax ID), for the legal pages and the invoice.
  • Any content you already have, in any form: links (Google Business Profile, an old website, Facebook), documents, or text you've written.
  • Photos, if you have them. If you don't, we can manage without them at first, and you add them later.
  • The domain, if you already have one. If not, we'll help you get one.
  • We'll also ask about your team, your licenses or certifications (ANRE for energy, the College of Physicians, the bar association, a transport license) and the areas you cover - each one opens an extra section. We never make them up: only the ones you give us appear.

Before you decide

Can I really see the website without paying?
Yes, in two steps. First you pick an example from your line of work and see it right away with your business name and details on it - the texts are examples we wrote for businesses like yours, not yours yet. No payment and no card. Then, if you like what you see, you pay the €15 + VAT deposit, answer a few questions about your business and see it again - this time with your own texts. You pay the full price only at the end, after you've said it's good.
What exactly is the deposit?
€15 + VAT, once, for processing your materials. It doesn't buy you more of the website - it pays for the work of taking what you send us and writing your website from it. It comes off the final price if you go ahead; if you change your mind and don't want the website, you can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds, included, before you pay: you tell us everything you want different and we redo it. After delivery you get support for the first 30 days; you change the texts yourself from the admin panel, and changes made by us are paid.
How long does it take?
You see the example with your name on it right away. The website with your own texts is ready within a few hours of us receiving your materials, and once you approve it, you're usually live the same day - 48 hours at most, depending on the domain.
Do I have to write the texts?
No. We write them, in your business's voice, and they're included in the price. If you already have texts you like, we use yours.
What if I don't like it?
We don't publish it and you're under no obligation. You can tell us what you didn't like - often one change fixes it.
What if I pay the deposit and don't get around to sending the materials?
You have 45 days. Come back whenever you like and we pick up where you left off - we don't start from zero. We email you before the time runs out.
Can I change it after it's published?
Yes, anytime. You get an admin panel in English or Romanian: you change texts and images right on the page, add services, edit prices - from your phone or your computer. Every save leaves a restore point, so you can't break anything beyond repair: you go back to how it was, with one click. If you'd rather not touch it, write to us what you want changed and we'll do it.
What happens with my domain?
It stays yours. If you already have one, we connect it to the website. If not, we help you get one in your name.
Do you also build online shops, with stock and a shopping cart?
No. We build business websites: your services in plain view, bookings, quote requests, and card payments for a service or a product with a fixed price - including on the spot, with a QR code, no card terminal needed. What we don't do: online shops with a cart, customer accounts and stock. Those need inventory, quantities, shipping and returns - a different kind of product, with different upkeep. If that's what you need, you need a shop platform, and we tell you so from the start, not after you've paid. Card payments work without them - what's missing is the cart, not the payment.
