What's included in the €649 - and what you don't pay for
- A complete website, with all the pages you need - one price, not per page.
- The content, written for you, in your business's voice - you don't have to bring it.
- The blog and the Resources section, open from day one, and the document-type pages (terms, privacy) - at no extra cost.
- Technically optimized for Google from the start: correct structure, structured data, sitemap, clean addresses, speed, mobile display.
- Admin panel in English or Romanian - you change the texts and photos yourself, right on the page, with a restore point every time you save.
- Your website, seen before you pay, and 30 days of support after delivery.
What you DON'T pay for: you don't pay per page · you don't pay a platform subscription to keep your website (it's yours; all it needs is hosting, with us or anywhere else) · you don't pay separately for the technical side of SEO · you don't pay a commission on bookings or payments.
You choose the hosting. You can get it from us (€24/month, together with maintenance) or keep it where you already have it - we only ask for access so we can install the website and set up the backups.

from = the lowest price you can pay: the smallest tier, paid 24 months in advance. At the minimum term of 3 months, the price is the one on each add-on's page. Add-ons with tiers (Bookings, SMS messaging, Collect reviews, Blogging Plus, Multilingual website, Website translation) come in different packages, and the full tiers are on each one's page. For the Multilingual website, "from €99" is the price when you take it together with the website - later, on top of a website already delivered, it's €129.
Pay in advance, pay less - up to 40% less
On subscriptions: 6 months −15% · 12 months −25% · 24 months −40%. For the services that include SMS - SMS messaging and Collect reviews - the discounts are 10% / 15% / 20%, because every single message costs money, however much you pay in advance.
Why the price on the page isn't the lowest you can get. We could have shown the two-year rate from the start - 40% lower - and put the condition in small print underneath. It's common practice. We chose the opposite: the price you see is the one you pay if you start this month, and the discount is an extra you choose, with its term in plain view. We don't want you to find out at checkout that the "real" price was different from the one you read.
All subscriptions have a 3-month minimum - not 6 or 12, as the market usually asks. Paying for 6, 12 or 24 months brings the discount and isn't refunded if you stop earlier. The minimum term is 3 months, paid in advance, with no discount; at the end of the term, the subscription renews for the same term, and we write to you 7 days before - until then you can change the term or stop. An add-on with an active subscription comes with maintenance
What maintenance includes:
- We do the updates - the platform, nothing for you to keep track of.
- Small fixes and minor changes, requested by email.
- Website monitoring - we check it every 5 minutes, day and night. If it stops responding, you hear it from us, not from your clients: we write to you. (While it's hosted with us, we get to work on the fix; on your own hosting, the fix is up to your provider - but we tell you what we saw and what's worth checking.)
- Romanian diacritics added automatically to the texts you write yourself in the admin panel.
- Someone to ask - you write by email and get an answer.
A website with active add-ons is a website we operate, and operating it has its own subscription: maintenance runs for at least as long as you've paid for the add-on in advance, and the cart adds the difference on its own, at the same discount. At the end of the term, without renewal, the add-ons stop; the website stays online if we don't host it - with hosting by us, it stops too.
The one-time add-ons - Online payments, Multilingual website, Website translation - don't require maintenance: you pay once and no subscription comes with them.
Prices are in euros, excluding VAT (21%). The equivalent in lei is approximate, at the day's exchange rate.
