What it will do

What's in development, not what works today

Two ways to answer, the same assistant

In writing - a chat box on the website, for people at the office or who'd rather not talk. By voice - for people with their hands full, or who simply prefer to ask. The same information behind it, the same answer. In development.

It will speak Romanian

Right on the website, with nothing for anyone to install. In development.

It will answer from the information on your website

Services, prices, hours, area, terms. That's all it will know: what's written on the website, nothing more. In development.

It will take requests

If someone wants a quote or asks something it can't answer, it will leave you their message and number. In development.

It will also take bookings

If you also have Bookings - visitors will be able to book a time just by talking, without filling in anything. In development.

You'll be able to try it on our website

Free, before you put it on yours. Once it exists.

What it compares to, honestly

A person at the front desk costs over €700 a month and works eight hours a day. The assistant will start at 15 and doesn't sleep.

But don't compare it with a person on quality. A person understands nuance, hears the hesitation in a voice and knows when not to answer what was asked. An assistant doesn't.

Compare it with what you have now: nobody, after 6 p.m.

What it won't do - said now, while there's nothing to pay for yet

  • It can't be bought today. It's in the works. We're not asking for money, or for an email address to notify you - when it's ready, you turn it on from the admin panel, like any other add-on.
  • It will only know what's on your website. If something isn't written anywhere, it won't make it up: it will say it doesn't know and leave the question for you. We prefer that to a made-up answer.
  • It's not a person and won't pretend to be. It will talk naturally, not from a script, but it remains an assistant - and it will say so if asked.
  • It doesn't replace your phone. The number stays in plain view. Some people will talk to it, others will call anyway, and that's fine.
  • It won't be on your website during the free period. When it exists, you'll be able to try it on our websites. It goes on your website once you turn it on.

What it will cost

The tiers below are the ones set for the voice channel - the only one priced so far. They're not an offer: nothing can be bought here today (in the works), and the written channel doesn't have a price yet.

tierconversations a monthprice
Mini20€15/month
Start50€29/month
Plus100€49/month

Top-up, if you run out of conversations+25 €12 · +50 €22 · +100 €39 · +200 €69only when you ask

Unused top-up conversations will roll over for three months.

It won't quietly renew on its own. What you stop stays stopped, and what you turn on, you see the cost of beforehand.

Prices exclude VAT (21%).

For now, take what's ready

The assistant will be added on top of the website when it exists, like any other add-on. The website doesn't wait for it. See Website + admin panel · See all add-ons · See all prices

Questions

Before you decide

Why write about something you don't have?
So you know what's coming. A website is bought once and used for years - it makes sense to see which direction it's going, not just what's on the shelf today. And when something doesn't exist, the page says it doesn't exist. That way you'll know to believe us when we write that something is ready.
How will it know what to answer?
From your website. Your services, prices, opening hours, the areas you work in. If you add something to the website, it will learn it from there too.
What will it do if it doesn't know the answer?
It will say it doesn't know and leave the question for you, along with the person's details. That's the right answer, and it's better than a made-up one that sounds good.
Will visitors really talk to it?
Some will, others will prefer to write, others will call. That's why there are two ways to answer them, and your phone number stays in plain view.
When will it be ready?
We're not giving you a date, because we don't have one. What we can say is that we don't launch anything half-done - and as long as this page says in the works, it isn't ready.
