Client reminders

The price is per month, at the term you choose - but it's paid once, in advance, for the whole term. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

What you get

Calendar, records and reports - in both tiers

A calendar with your real hours

Your schedule, breaks, days off, vacations. Clients only see what's free.

Five kinds of booking

By the hour (salon, clinic, repair shop) · by the night (guesthouse, cabin) · by seats in a class · by tables · by time slots or events. You pick the kind once, at setup.

Client records

Who came, when, and for what. Each client's history, at hand - and it's yours: export it whenever you like.

Reports

How many bookings you had, what's asked for most, what the coming week looks like.

Front desk screen

A screen for whoever sits at the front desk: see the day, look someone up, add an appointment in two taps.

Reminders, at no cost

Send them from the panel, from your own phone, by WhatsApp, SMS or email, in one tap.

What it looks like

The client sees the free days and times on their phone and gets the confirmation instantly. You see the day in the front-desk panel, with each booking at its time and the person's record one click away.

Why on your website, and not on a platform

  • People looking for you don't see your competitors too. On a booking platform, someone searching for your name gets a list with twenty more like you, right alongside. On your own website, there's no one else for them to see.
  • If you leave, you leave with your clients. The records are in your admin panel and you export them whenever you want. From a platform, you can't take a list that isn't yours.
  • The rules don't change under your feet. The commission, where you show up, how much you pay to be seen - all of it can change without anyone asking you. A flat subscription stays flat.
  • Reminders don't cost anything. You send them yourself, with one tap, on the channel the person reads anyway.

The big platforms really do bring new clients - that's why they take a commission, and for anyone who wants exactly that, it's a fair deal. Your website solves a different part: the people looking for you and the ones who come back.

What it doesn't do - said now, not after you pay

  • It doesn't bring you new clients. We're not a directory where people look for you. Bookings turn the people who already reach you - from Google, from a recommendation, from a business card - into reservations. If what you need is new demand, that starts somewhere else (for example, your Google profile), not with a calendar.
  • It doesn't send messages automatically. You send the reminders yourself, with one tap, for free. The automatic confirmations a day before are separate - see SMS messaging, which adds on top of this.
  • It doesn't take a deposit at booking. The client books; payment stays on the spot, or through Online payments, as a separate step.
  • It's not management software. It doesn't track stock, issue invoices or keep the books.

What it all costs

whathow muchwhen
Solo - one person, one calendar€15/monthmonthly, 3-month minimum paid in advance
Team - several people, several resources, overlapping schedules€35/monthmonthly, 3-month minimum paid in advance
Reminders sent by you (WhatsApp, SMS, email)includedas many as you like
SMS messaging (confirmations and reminders sent automatically)from €20/monthseparate, added on top

3-month minimum commitment, then it renews for the same term (you stop or change the term before renewal) - it takes a month or two for clients to get into the habit of booking on their own, and there's no point judging it before then.

No commission per booking and no setup fee: the same price at ten bookings a month or two hundred. The calendar, client records and reports are included in both tiers.

Pay in advance, pay less

The price above is the monthly price at the 3-month minimum term. If you pay for longer, it goes down: 6 months −15% · 12 months −25% · 24 months −40%.

The lowest price: €9 a month. That's what it costs if you pay 24 months in advance; the price above is the one at the 3-month minimum term.

Paying for 6, 12 or 24 months brings the discount in the table and isn't refunded if you stop earlier - the discount is exactly what you get in return for the commitment. The minimum term is 3 months, paid in advance, with no discount. At the end of the term, the subscription renews for the same term, at the same discount; we write to you 7 days before, and until then you can change the term or stop. (The terms are in the Terms.)

An add-on with an active subscription comes with maintenance. A website with active add-ons is a website we operate, and operating it has its own subscription: maintenance runs for at least as long as you've paid for the add-on in advance, and the cart adds the difference on its own, at the same discount. At the end of the term, without renewal, the add-ons stop; the website stays online if we don't host it. (What maintenance costs is on the pricing page.)

We didn't put the two-year price up front, as is common practice, with the condition in small print underneath. We'd rather you see what you pay now, and choose the discount yourself.

Prices exclude VAT (21%).

Questions

Before you decide

Will my clients really book online?
Younger ones, almost always - they'd rather not call. For everyone else, the phone number stays in plain view, at the top of the page. You don't lose anyone; you gain the bookings that would otherwise have been lost in the evening or while your hands were full.
Who sees my clients' data?
You, and the people on your team you give access to. The records stay in your admin panel and you can export them anytime, to a file.
Can I block off hours, days or a week of vacation?
Yes. You set your schedule, breaks and days off, and the client only sees what's left. You can also block a specific hour, if something came up.
What do I do if someone doesn't show up?
You cancel or move the booking from the admin panel and the slot opens up. If no-shows are a problem that costs you every month, the confirmation message a day before is what cuts them down - it's taken separately, through SMS messaging.
I run a guesthouse, not a salon. Does it work for nights?
Yes, it's a different kind of booking: the guest chooses the arrival and departure dates, and the system shows them what's free in that range. (See also Websites for guesthouses.) It works the same way for places in a class, tables and time slots - for example, a venue rented for half a day.
If I stop the subscription, what happens to the bookings already made?
They stay in the admin panel and you can export them. Only your clients' ability to book further through the website stops.
