The technical side comes free with the website. Next comes seeing where you stand.
Every website we build comes with the structure Google reads correctly: titles, data about your business, a site map, clean addresses, speed, and a layout that works on phones. That's included in the price and isn't charged separately. What comes next is something else: tracking on your own accounts and, month after month, a report that tells you which searches you already show up for, what needs fixing and what you could gain - in plain language, with the decision left to you. €149 once, at launch. Then €59 a month, if you want it to continue.
€149once, then from €36/month
The price is per month, at the term you choose - but it's paid once, in advance, for the whole term. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

Included with every website - €0
Correctly generated titles and descriptions, structured data about your business, a sitemap, clean addresses, speed, proper display on phones.
It's not a cut-down version of anything. It's the foundation every website should have from day one, and it doesn't break if you don't take any subscription - it's how the website is built, not a service that stops.
Setup and tuning - €149, once
It's done at publishing, not at purchase:
- Analytics and Search Console, on YOUR accounts. They stay yours. If you leave tomorrow, you leave with the history.
- We submit the sitemap to Google and check that the pages get into the index - meaning they can be found, not just published.
- We hand-tune the titles and descriptions on the important pages, on top of the generated ones.
- We tune the main pages for conversion - what people see first, which button they press, what makes them call. Not just so they find you: so they also get in touch.
If you take monthly tracking for 6 months, the €149 isn't charged.
Monthly tracking - €59/month
Once the website is online and collecting real data:
- A report in plain language: which searches brought you in, where you're close to the first page, what needs fixing. No forty charts.
- Technical hygiene, month after month: we check that the pages get into the index and stay there, that nothing has broken - links, speed, mobile display - and we fix whatever belongs to the website.
- What you could gain, as information, not as a promise. The report shows the searches you appear for without having a page or an article for them. What you do with them is your decision; if you want someone to write them, that's the job of Blogging Plus.
The report starts when enough data has come in to say something, not by the calendar.
What it looks like
The monthly report, one page - so you can see it's readable, not a dashboard. And the connection screen: the moment the accounts stay yours.
Why it costs tens of euros a month, not hundreds
What an agency bills monthly for the technical side - audit, titles, structured data, sitemap, speed, connecting Analytics and Search Console - with us is the €0 foundation plus €149 once, done during the build, for everyone.
What stays monthly is the part that really needs fresh data: the report, the hygiene and the interpretation of your real data.
- The accounts stay yours. You're not tied to us to see your own data.
- 3-month minimum commitment, not 6 or 12 - as the market usually asks. Three months is also the period under which there's nothing to see: in the first month the measurement is set up, and the Search Console data comes in afterward. At the end of the term, you stop or change the term - before renewal.
- The content stays yours, in your voice. At the tuning done at publishing, we tell you what we changed and why; after that we don't touch your texts - the report tells you, you decide. You can edit the texts anytime from the admin panel.
What we don't do - and when you need an agency
- We don't build links. Agencies get links from other websites to yours every month. It's manual work, priced accordingly, and we don't do it.
- We don't give you a dedicated consultant - meetings, long-term strategy, a person who works only on your account.
- We don't make "service + city" pages, mass-produced to grab rankings. They're sold on the market. They're exactly the pattern Google penalizes, and we don't make them on principle, not because we can't.
- We don't target searches for you against others. The top spot for a search in your city is a single one: when someone wins it, someone else loses it. If we rewrote the pages of two clients in the same city for the same search, we'd be working against one of them - so we don't do it for either. The report shows what you appear for and what you could gain; what you write to win them stays yours.
- We don't promise rankings. No one serious can: it depends on the age of the domain, on the competition and on things nobody controls. What we promise is the work, and what you see month after month is where you stand.
And if you're in a market where links and strategy really make the difference, you need a dedicated agency - and we're telling you now, not after you've paid. A local SEO package at an agency starts at a few hundred euros a month and includes exactly the things above, which we don't do.
What it all costs
| what | how much | when |
|---|---|---|
| The technical side (structure, data, sitemap, speed, mobile) | included, €0 | with every website |
| Setup and tuning (+ conversion optimization) | €149 | once, at publishing · included if you pay for monthly tracking for 6 months or more |
| Monthly tracking (report + hygiene) | €59/month | monthly, 3-month minimum paid in advance · always comes with the setup |
| Changes you ask for, beyond the included rounds | €29/round | only if you ask |
Monthly tracking always comes with the setup - without measurement, there's nothing to track. If you pay for it for 6 months or more, the setup is included; for 3 months, €149 is added, once. If you've already had it done, it doesn't show up in the cart.
What you see and what you edit. The title and description each page and each article shows up with on Google, plus the image that appears when someone shares them, are created automatically from your website's texts, and you can see them in the admin panel. You edit them yourself with SEO - the setup or monthly tracking; without it, they stay as generated.
3-month minimum commitment on monthly tracking - half or a quarter of what the market asks. The first line is never charged, and the setup is a one-time payment.
Setup and tuning are offered at publishing, not at purchase - so you don't have to decide two things at once. Before launch your question is "is what it says correct?"; the second it's published, it becomes "will anyone find me?".
Pay in advance, pay less
For monthly tracking, the price in the table is the monthly price at the 3-month minimum term. If you pay for longer, it goes down: 6 months −15% · 12 months −25% · 24 months −40%.
The lowest price: €36 a month. That's what monthly tracking costs if you pay 24 months in advance; the price above is the one at the 3-month minimum term.
Paying for 6, 12 or 24 months brings the discount in the table and isn't refunded if you stop earlier - the discount is exactly what you get in return for the commitment. The minimum term is 3 months, paid in advance, with no discount. At the end of the term, the subscription renews for the same term, at the same discount; we write to you 7 days before, and until then you can change the term or stop. (The terms are in the Terms.)
An add-on with an active subscription comes with maintenance. A website with active add-ons is a website we operate, and operating it has its own subscription: maintenance runs for at least as long as you've paid for the add-on in advance, and the cart adds the difference on its own, at the same discount. At the end of the term, without renewal, the add-ons stop; the website stays online if we don't host it. (What maintenance costs is on the pricing page.)
We didn't put the two-year price up front, as is common practice, with the condition in small print underneath. We'd rather you see what you pay now, and choose the discount yourself.
Prices exclude VAT (21%).
