Couples want someone they can trust, and you're at an event

A planner isn't chosen by the photos, but by trust: how you work, what you take on, what it costs, who their point of contact will be. Couples read a lot before they write - and they don't write to someone they can't find out anything about.

And on weekends, you're at an event and don't answer messages. The website answers for you - the questions people ask before the first meeting: full planning or just coordination, what's included, how much it is, what you've done before.

What the price includes

What people see when they look for you

Your packages, with what you take on

Full planning, day-of coordination, christenings, corporate events - with what each one includes and a "from" price.

Your services, with starting prices

Music, decor, photo and video - what you can bring in, with the starting price next to it.

The way you work

The steps, from the first meeting to the last dance, spelled out on the page - so people know what comes next.

Your work, in the gallery

Events you've done, by type. They're more convincing than any description.

This is what an event planner's website looks like

Not a screenshot and not a list of features - a whole website you can walk through. 65 pages, exactly as yours would look:

  • 6 types of events, in four categories - weddings, christenings, corporate events and private parties - each with its capacity and starting price;
  • 22 services with prices, in four categories - music, decor, photo and video, and extras;
  • the packages, from wedding-day coordination to a full-service wedding;
  • 6 articles - "Wedding checklist: what to do 12 months ahead", "How to plan your wedding budget without surprises";
  • the team, the gallery, reviews, the map.

Read the article about the budget. That's where you see how trust is earned before the first meeting: numbers stated honestly, not an "it depends".

Open it on your phone and walk through it like a couple who just got engaged.

The company in it doesn't exist - it's built so you can see the structure and the way it's written. Yours comes with your own name, packages and prices.

You pay once, not monthly

€649, one-time payment. No subscription, no platform rent - you move it wherever you want, anytime. What that is next to a single event you plan, you know better than we do; we'll just tell you it doesn't come around again next year.

You don't write the texts, the technical side isn't your concern, and we do the installation.

On top of the website, if you need it

The basic website works fully on its own. On top of it you can add, anytime:

  • Availability calendar - couples see for themselves which dates you still have free and ask for a meeting. It's switched on in the example, so you can see how it works. from €9 a month
  • Collect reviews - after the event, your clients get the message with the review link from us, on your behalf. You don't have to ask anyone. from €48 a month
  • Blogging Plus - we write articles for you month after month - checklists, budgets, ideas - for couples who do their research a year ahead. from €18 a month
  • Google Business Profile - we manage it for you: the photos, the services, the replies. from €36 a month

None of them is included in the website price. You take them if you need them, when you need them. On subscriptions, "from" is the lowest price, when paying for 24 months. See all add-ons · See all prices

Questions

Questions from an event planner

Every event is different. What prices do we write?
A "from" price, for packages and for services, with what changes it - the date, the number of guests, the vendors. A starting price with its reason is more convincing than a "price on request". And if you'd rather show no prices at all, we leave them out.
We work with outside vendors. Do we put them on the website?
You can list the services you bring in, at your price, without naming the vendor - just like in the example.
I already have an old website someone made for me. What do I do with it?
Send us the link and we take what's worth keeping from it - services, texts, photos. The domain stays yours either way; the new website replaces the old one at the same address.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We do the installation - there's nothing technical for you to do. Afterward, if you want to change a price or add a photo, you do it from your phone, in the admin panel. If you don't want to do even that, write to us and we'll do it.
I have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
For people who already know you, yes. Couples looking for a planner want your packages, prices and work in one place, and a Facebook page doesn't come up for someone who isn't searching for you by name.

See the complete website before you pay for it

1. Right now, with nothing. You tell us your company name and the city you work in. You see the whole website, with your name and details on it - every page, which you walk through like a client. No card and no need to talk to anyone. The texts are examples we wrote for event planners, until we get yours.

2. When you want it with your own texts - the €15 + VAT deposit, once. You answer questions, upload what you have, and that's also when you choose the add-ons, if you want any. Then you see the website with your own packages and prices, with two rounds of changes included, before you pay. Changed your mind? You can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website.

3. After payment - we install it on your domain; there's nothing technical for you to do. You get the admin panel in English or Romanian: you change a price or add a photo right from your phone, and every save leaves a restore point, so you can't break anything beyond repair. Thirty days of support after delivery.
