Questions
Questions from an event venue
The price depends on the menu and the guests. What do we write?
A "from" price, per person, with what changes it - the menu, the hall, the day. A starting price with its reason is more convincing than a "request a quote". And if you'd rather show no prices at all, we leave them out.
Dates get booked a year ahead. Can people see on the website what's free?
Yes, if you add the availability calendar: couples see the free dates for themselves. Without it, they write to you with the date they want and you reply.
We have our own catering. Do we show it separately?
Yes, with its menus and options, by category - just like in the example.
I already have an old website someone made for me. What do I do with it?
Send us the link and we take what's worth keeping from it - services, texts, photos. The domain stays yours either way; the new website replaces the old one at the same address.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We do the installation - there's nothing technical for you to do. Afterward, if you want to change a price or add a photo, you do it from your phone, in the admin panel. If you don't want to do even that, write to us and we'll do it.
I have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
For people who already know you, yes. Couples comparing venues want the capacity, packages and photos in one place, and a Facebook page doesn't come up for someone who isn't searching for you by name.
See the complete website before you pay for it
1. Right now, with nothing. You tell us your venue's name and the city you work in. You see the whole website, with your name and details on it - every page, which you walk through like a client. No card and no need to talk to anyone. The texts are examples we wrote for event venues, until we get yours.
2. When you want it with your own texts - the €15 + VAT deposit, once. You answer questions, upload what you have, and that's also when you choose the add-ons, if you want any. Then you see the website with your own halls and packages, with two rounds of changes included, before you pay. Changed your mind? You can ask for it back within the next 14 days, as long as you haven't bought the website.
3. After payment - we install it on your domain; there's nothing technical for you to do. You get the admin panel in English or Romanian: you change a price or add a photo right from your phone, and every save leaves a restore point, so you can't break anything beyond repair. Thirty days of support after delivery.
