from €48/month100 messages a month

Payment term - the same for all subscriptions in the cart

The price is per month, at the term you choose - but it's paid once, in advance, for the whole term. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.

What you get

Every client gets asked, not just when you remember

Three touches, not one message sent into the void

First we ask how it went, in a message they can reply to. Then we ask for the review, with a direct link to your profile, so they don't have to look for anything. Then, if they haven't got round to it, a single reminder.

Every client gets asked

Not just when you remember. That's the difference between three reviews a year and a steady stream.

We start with your past clients too

The ones in your records who were happy a year ago and nobody ever asked. For a tradesperson or a guesthouse, that list is the most overlooked asset in the business.

A monthly message allowance

100, 300 or 600, depending on the tier. Whatever you don't use rolls over to the next month.

We don't filter anything

Everyone gets the same request, whatever they might have to say. Why, below.

What it looks like

The three messages, on the client's phone, side by side - so you can see how short they are and how rarely they come. And the profile, before and after a few months: the number of reviews, not the rating.

Why we don't filter - and why it's better that way

Some tools first ask "how satisfied are you?" and send only the people who answer well to Google, while steering the unhappy ones to a private form.

We don't do that. Every client gets the same request.

There are two reasons, and neither is enough on its own. The first: Google explicitly prohibits the practice, and profiles that get caught risk penalties. The second, which matters more: a profile with nothing but top ratings convinces no one. Someone looking at twenty perfect reviews wonders who wrote them. A bad review you answered well does more than one more perfect one - because it shows how you behave when something goes wrong.

And the biggest obstacle isn't technical, it's the awkwardness of asking. It's solved precisely by the fact that you're not the one asking.

What it doesn't do - said now, not after you pay

  • We can't promise you a number of reviews. It depends on how many clients you have and how happy they are. What we guarantee is that every one of them is asked, at the right moment - the rest doesn't depend on us.
  • We don't write reviews and we don't bring in reviews from anywhere. Each one comes from a person who was actually your client.
  • We don't delete or hide bad reviews. Neither we nor anyone else can - and if someone promises you that, it's a bad sign. What can be done is to respond to them, and that's part of Google Business Profile.
  • It needs a list of clients with phone numbers. If you have Bookings, the list builds itself from the bookings. If you don't, tell us what list you have - we'll tell you before you pay whether we can start from it.
  • Unused messages expire after three months, oldest first.

What it all costs

One client means two or three messages on average, so the Starter tier covers around 35-40 clients a month.

Setup and the first month are free. With the 3-month minimum, that means you pay for two months out of three.

The 3-month minimum has an honest reason: one month isn't enough to show anything. The first reviews come in over weeks, and the difference on the profile shows once a few have added up - it makes no sense, for you or for us, to be judged over a period in which nobody can deliver.

If you also have SMS messaging, the messages go into a single reservoir. The quotas add up, and both draw from the same place.

Pay in advance, pay less

The price above is the monthly price at the 3-month minimum term. If you pay for longer, it goes down: 6 months −10% · 12 months −15% · 24 months −20%.

The lowest price: €48 a month. That's what it costs if you pay 24 months in advance; the price above is the one at the 3-month minimum term.

The discounts here are smaller than on the other subscriptions, and the reason is an honest one: messages cost money every time, however much you pay in advance. We can cut our part, not their price. Message top-ups are never discounted - you buy them at full price, when you need them.

Paying for 6, 12 or 24 months brings the discount in the table and isn't refunded if you stop earlier - the discount is exactly what you get in return for the commitment. The minimum term is 3 months, paid in advance, with no discount. At the end of the term, the subscription renews for the same term, at the same discount; we write to you 7 days before, and until then you can change the term or stop. (The terms are in the Terms.)

An add-on with an active subscription comes with maintenance. A website with active add-ons is a website we operate, and operating it has its own subscription: maintenance runs for at least as long as you've paid for the add-on in advance, and the cart adds the difference on its own, at the same discount. At the end of the term, without renewal, the add-ons stop; the website stays online if we don't host it. (What maintenance costs is on the pricing page.)

We didn't put the two-year price up front, as is common practice, with the condition in small print underneath. We'd rather you see what you pay now, and choose the discount yourself.

Prices exclude VAT (21%).

Questions

Before you decide

Isn't it a bother for the client?
It's three short messages, spaced apart, and they can stop them anytime. Compared with how much people get from every other business, it's discreet - and it's tied to something they just did, not to a campaign.
What happens if someone writes something bad?
It stays there, like any review. And if you also have Google Business Profile, we reply on your behalf, calmly and to the point. The reply is visible and counts for more than the rating.
What's the difference from Google Business Profile? It costs the same.
One brings reviews in, the other manages them. Here we ask your clients for new reviews. There, we reply to the ones you already have, keep the profile alive and get the reviews onto your website. They're different things and they work well together.
Does it work without a website from you?
The reviews go to your Google profile, not to the website - so this part doesn't depend on the website. What it needs is the client list: see above, under what it doesn't do.
How many reviews will I get?
We can't promise a number, and no one serious should. What we know for sure is that every client gets asked - and in most small businesses, that's exactly what was missing.
